Exporting the accountant’s changes

The limitations of the Accountant’s Review process  XE "accountant's changes:transferring" make it unlikely that the file changes will be able to stand alone.  Written instructions will probably be necessary.

With the accountant’s copy open, the return cycle can be started by clicking File|Accountant’sReview| ExportChangesforClient.  Again, care is necessary regarding file name and directory or folder used. Typically, one or more floppy disks will be sent to the client.  This file will have the suffix .aif (which Windows 95 thinks is some kind of a sound file.)
